Cacao Tea is made during the winnowing process, where the husk is separated in the chocolate-making process. Brewing this husk will create an excellent hot chocolate tasting tea, though not as milky. This tea, depending on how much husk you brew will make over 6 cups of tea.

Here is the recipe: * 1/4 cup of husk * 1 1/2 cups of water * Steep for 5 minutes * Add heavy whipping cream (optional) and cane sugar to taste. 1 T of both heavy whipping cream and sugar is just right.
